We didn’t expect to get anyone out to our new home to Change the locks before Christmas but Neale from True Locksmith came through. A quick phone call and he was around to quote the same day and completed the job for us on Christmas Eve. If only all tradies were as reliable, and efficient as Neale! I required a number of locks changed on various doors and Neale guided me through what I wanted (I am a little clueless at 'this stuff'), provided me with a quote over the phone and booked the job that day. I also altered my requirements (extra changes) after our chat and it wasn't a problem.

Thanks to Neale from True Locksmiths for a fantastic job he did at our house in Beaumaris. When we moved in, we were handed the biggest bunch of keys you’ve ever seen, a different key for every door. Neale changed all our locks and was even able to put them all onto one key!!!

Thank you to Neale from True Locksmiths in Black Rock. He came recommended from both the Hub Business Directory and an independent Door Company. I had locks broken on both my front and back security doors. He managed to come and see me the day that I called and having well and truly busted the locks, had to order the parts for them. No mean feat seeing that both doors were over 15 years old. One day later, armed with new parts he fixed our locks. Not only did he do an outstanding job on the locks, he was prompt, courteous and communicative.
