Alfie is so trustworthy and helpful - I no longer feel anxious when I have to get my car serviced or have any car issues because I know I can trust Alfie to provide high quality service at a reasonable price. He's very knowledgeable and honest. Getting a super clean car back after a car service is the cherry on top of the great service!

My usual mechanic closed down and I found myself having to find a new one. I don't trust most mechanics but Alfie came with such high recommendations that I had to check him out for myself. He now has a new, regular customer! He fit me in on a day that he really couldn't fit me in and the car was sparkling when returned. Add to that the fact that he's just a lovely bloke and you can't go wrong!

Alfie rectified an unexpected major issue with my car upon short notice allowing me to have my much needed work vehicle back on the road the very next day. Thank you heaps.

Fantastic service! I had an issue with my car for over two years, the previous mechanic told me it'll cost about $2,000 to fix, took my car to Alfie and he solved the problem in no time and didn't even charge me for it!!! He did it as part of the service, has saved me big time twice, super friendly and knows what he's doing, wouldn't look any further, Alfie is THE one!!

Alfie is the loveliest man going around. My car started leaking oil everywhere. I had to get it towed to his workshop. He looked it over and found the fault. A tiny hole in a pipe that was so small it was a miracle in itself that he found it. He then called Toyota to get the replacement part and had a hard time finding it. Called all over Australia then eventually tried Toyota again and managed to track down someone who knew about the part. Ordered it. Then did further research and found out the part had been recalled and if I took it to a Toyota place they had to fix for free! So he never charged me for anything even after all his ringing around. Amazing! So lovely. Will take all my cars to him for as long as he's in business.

Thanks to Ben for fixing our car good as new at the last minute before we had a lot of travel coming up for the long weekend. Both our cars have until now been serviced by the dealership. We have never been that happy with the service or work. We were absolutely delighted with the work, advice, honesty and communication by Ben. The car was fixed and he very thoroughly and carefully reviewed the service history and picked up lots of things that had been missed. We are new and very happy customers that won't hesitate to return with both cars and can feel confident they are in good hands. It was also a very nice surprise to have the car returned allspick and span and cleaned. Thanks!!

Alfie fixed our A/con. Another company had insisted it was more complex than it actually was and were wanting to charge an extra $500. Alfie is our new hero. We'll be taking both our cars there for servicing in future - especially if it includes a clean!!

Had my Captiva serviced today and experienced fantastic service. I felt listened to and not fobbed off, everything was explained clearly and I def felt I got genuine value. I was given a car to use for the duration and got my car back gleaming inside and out!! It's running great and he went above and beyond with another issue i'd been having with the engine that needs to be done under warranty and I could not be more impressed. Shop local, def call Alfie!!

I was searching for a new mechanic after feeling ripped off by other places. I saw Alfie recommended on the hub and have not been disappointed. He has worked on my car twice in the past few weeks, fixing various things and doing a service. Everything was explained as clearly as he could to someone with no idea about cars and old parts were shown to me. The prices quoted were accurate on pick up or even cheaper, with no nasty surprises. Alfie runs a very honest, efficient and friendly service. The courtesy car was fantastic and my car was even returned to me cleaned inside and out, smelling great. I will definitely be returning to Alfie and sending my partner and others to him. Thank you so much to him and the hub.

Agree with all of the other reviews. Alfie does a great job, good, honest old fashioned service. I had my Golf diesel serviced recently.. it's running like a dream. He provided me with a courtesy car & when I picked up my car I was so surprised to find it had been beautifully cleaned inside & out, looked like a new car. Highly recommend Alfie.

Washes and vacuums the car with every service.

Easiest car service ever! Alfie has a courtesy car available, so I just went about my day as usual. My car has never been cleaner, it is running like a dream, and it is great to walk away knowing I have only paid for what needed doing, not for a lot of unnecessary extras! Thanks Alfie - great job
