Called Auspro for our outdoor ant problem. Adam was super-responsive, and came out between Christmas and New Year. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do and how it would work, and it has! Reasonably priced as well. Would not hesitate to call Adam again at the first sign of any unwanted visitors!

I was at home with a 7-day old newborn, somehow found 2 minutes to myself in the bathroom, and was annoyed to hear the blowflies buzzing around. When I looked closer and realised they were actually wasps I’ve never moved faster in my life - bubs and I were outta there!! Called Adam and he literally arrived 15 minutes later (on a Sunday!) - he killed the wasps inside, inspected the outside for a nest (thankfully there wasn’t one), and did a small preventative spray. I had to duck inside to feed the baby and when I came out he was all done and on his way, and wouldn’t accept any payment from a stressed out new mum. What a bloody legend!!

Before Adam came, it was as if every spider in Bayside had decided to move into our home. He spent many hours spraying, inside and out. It was a few weeks ago now, we haven't seen one since. Very helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. Thanks!

Sending out a huge thank you to Adam for clearing our rat problem. They were under the house and ruining our ducted heating, and I didn't realise until too late. I should have called Adam as soon as I had my suspicions as he cleared them within a week and was so thorough with his work. Highly recommend!!!
