Bayside Kyokushin Karate

At Bayside Kyokushin Karate, we deliver disciplined, high-impact instruction in Kyokushin—the world’s strongest karate. Our instructors trained under Australian Kyokushin pioneer Hanshi Eddie Emin, a direct student of founder Sosai Mas Oyama. After the 2024 closure of Hanshi Eddie’s Moorabbin Dojo, his legacy continues through our training and values.

We are a community-focused club committed to creating a supportive environment for students of all ages and backgrounds. Our programs include kids’ karate, women’s self-defence, and classes for all experience levels, with a focus on building strength, discipline, and confidence.

Our modern dojo is also available to lease for fitness instructors and coaches seeking a space to run their own classes or programs.
