Being Mindful

Yoga and Mindfulness for children, teens, families and schools. We teach yoga and mindfulness in schools and run Mindfulness for Teachers and Mindfulness for Parents info evenings and training programs.

We run family yoga workshops, kids yoga after school classes and a 6 week Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Teens after school program.

We teach yoga in a couple of Bayside studios and run Learn to Meditate and 6 week Mindfulness Meditation Programs in community settings for all members of the community. We also run corporate yoga and meditation sessions in the workplace.

Supporting kids and families to feel good in their bodies, to feel good in their minds and feel good about themselves.
