Burn Lab Fitness is a personal Training Studio specializing in small, high interval training (HIIT) classes.

I decided a new brand, new name so from NYC Fit Chic Personal Training, Bayside Melbourne BURN LAB Fitness was created.

We focus on functional training with state of the art equipment to meet every individuals needs. Michelle Bleakley has over 10 years experience in both NYC & Australia, prior to becoming a PT she was a semi elite athlete running marathons and cross country with a marathon PB time of 2.41.

Burn Lab employs a fun and dynamic environment to get yourself strong and lean. All exercises are modified to suit the individual in an encouraging and non judgemental environment.
