Thanks so much Darryl for making adjustments to a ring made by another jeweller, who had not done a great job. You were so understanding and spent so much time with me discussing what I wanted, so it would be done right the second time. I really appreciate your empathetic approach and the great outcome giving me the lovely ring I wanted. People have commented on it a lot comparing the two designs and how yours makes the ring look so much prettier and more elegant.
