I love Chantal. She gets results and her style of motivation is infectious. Her classes have the right level of fun and hard work. She loves what she does and you can tell. Highly recommend if you want a place where classes are fun, interesting and they work!

Chantal is AMAZING! I have been training with her for 2 years starting off with personal training sessions each week and now attending every 9.30am class she runs each week! Classes are tough work but get the results. All the ladies I train with are truly lovely and the environment is always comfortable and enjoyable to be in! Always look forward to my next class!

Training in Don't Think: DO! group exercise classes, have become one of my favourite weekly activities. Chantal enables you to get real results, in a non-competitive, laugh-out-loud fun, and completely supportive environment. Love everything about it!

I have been training with Chantal for 12 months now, starting off with weekly PT sessions at home and then progressing to 3 training sessions a week utilising a bit of everything Chantal offers in her group classes! Fun and furiously enthusiastic, Chantal is the perfect mix of professional PT and real with it. She gets the life of a busy mum with a career, she understands what you need to do to get fit and she helps motivate you to do so. She is constantly bringing new ideas to classes and really cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I love where she trains, nothing more 'cleansing' than watching the bay.

Chantel is amazing, patient and highly motivating. As I have a pre-existing injury she modified exercises with ease and still pushed me. Her passion and knowledge is fabulous, and you actually have fun exercising! I can't recommend her enough!
