Dramawise Academy

We are a local speech and drama school offering quality theatre arts education in Bayside, Glen Eira and Stonnington areas.

Our programs include speech and drama classes, exam and eisteddfod preparation classes, full scale children’s theatrical productions, educational theatre workshops and quality school holiday programs.

Children and teenagers are offered the perfect opportunity to explore improvisation, drama games, puppetry, storytelling and self-expression, while gaining valuable performance skills. Drawing on process drama and drama therapy practices as well as Montessori principles, our classes encourage individual confidence, communication, self-discipline and creative thinking in a nurturing and fun environment.

We also offer two full scale children’s theatrical productions each year, for children aged 6 to 14. Dramawise productions are unique in the world of children’s theatre, where young actors are given the opportunity to create something very personal and have a real sense of ownership of the play. This experience develops focus and concentration, versatility, teamwork, leadership, creativity and self-confidence, as well as being incredibly rewarding and fun!
