Embody Healing

Embody Healing offers a number of gentle wellbeing modalities to enhance and promote body/mind balance, calm and relaxation. This includes; distant and in person Reiki sessions which can help to boost our immune system, increase clarity and focus of the mind, reduce feelings of stress and support healing and recovery.

We also offer 1:1 and group live or online classes in Chakradance; a therapeutic dance practice grounded in Jungian psychology, utilising guided meditation, free movement, specially created music and mandela art to fully express our inner wisdom and voice. Alongside these offerings, we feature various certified organic, cruelty free and natural products such as aromatic mists, teas, 100% essential oil blends, bath soaks and more for purchase. Made by Perfect Potion, a passionate Australian based aromatherapy specialist, to revitilise our body, mind and spirit.
