Empowered Warrior 1 provides holistic healing for children, teenagers and adults in a safe, supportive and nurturing space.

Trinette is a fully qualified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Reiki Teacher, Intuitive Healer, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Space Clearer/Earth Acupuncture. whilst completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine/Dietetics)

Trinette has treated clients for approximately fifteen years across Melbourne, more recently settling in the South Eastern Suburbs.

Trinette recently retired as a Senior Sergeant from Victoria Police having served 26 years, where she dealt with children, adolescents and adults who had been directly exposed to trauma.

She is Co-founder, President and Coach at Mavericks Netball Club and Child Safety Officer at Sandringham District Netball Association (SDNA).
