Iron Monk Fitness has been developed to help people not only become stronger, confident and fitter, but to learn about their body along the way too.
We take a holistic and scientific approach to our training to ensure results are achieved and maintained. We are here to stand beside you and teach you how to move and produce results inside and outside of the gym.
A range of Strength training, HIIT, boxing, bodybuilding and integrative mobility techniques will be used in our programmes to prevent injury and increase performance.
