Peaceful Kids is a mindfulness and positive psychology program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children. The program arms kids with the knowledge, skills and coping strategies they need to lessen the symptoms of anxiety and stress. It also involves a commitment from parents to support these strategies and weekly meditations at home. Based on scientific evidence, we teach the Why? and show them the How? in a beautiful purpose built studio.
