Russell's Hedge Trimming and Tree Care is a small family business that does excellent work. I've just had Russ do some work for me, very good service, a very nice genuine guy who really knows what he is doing. Reasonably priced, cleans up and takes away the cuttings, as promised. He can also do elevated work, so if you have any tall trees or hedges that need trimming, Russ is your guy. Highly recommend.

I had our trees and shrubs done last Friday and would like to recommend Frankston family-based business Russell’s Hedge Trimming and Tree Care https://www.facebook.com/russellshedgetrimming/ . An outstanding service ethic and job by a qualified Frankston-based arborist, who was able to advise us on the health impact of work proposed for our tall trees up-front. They are excellent value from go to whoa.

If you need tree or hedge trimming services, Russell is available to book for Mondays and Fridays (subcontracts Tues-Thurs) but his partner Jess is always on hand to coordinate. He came out on a Saturday morning to do a detailed free written quote, provide advice, took photos and executed every agreed item perfectly on the agreed day. In terms of service, it was easy to book, short wait time, affordable, and all parties are polite and helpful.

The main task was pruning 2 huge Chinese Elm trees on a border. Russell and Jess even provided a letter for the neighbour who wanted the trees chopped to the fence, explaining that he had to preserve the canopy and what they were asking was illegal under Kingston’s overlay. That’s a real value add for neighbour management. In addition to cleaning up on our property and disposing of prunings, Russell's team also cleaned up any fallout on 2 neighbouring properties where tall trees were pruned on our borders. Nothing left for us to do other than admire their work and pay the bill.

Russ did the palm tree at my work and all the neighbours have not stopped saying how amazing it looks, he also took out the fruit so the bats would stop leaving their droppings on everyone’s driveways! ???? highly recommend Russ.

Extremely happy with the work Russ did on our multiple unit property today. He was incredibly punctual, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. Had great, clear communication throughout the process and he was by far the best value. The quote was so detailed an included photos with a description which I found really professional.
