Therapy 4 Life have a team of Occupational Therapists, we work with individuals of all ages and abilities and support them to achieve their goals and to maximise their independence with home, work and community life.
We are a mobile service working in the Bayside, south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas.
We are NDIS registered and work with funding bodies including the Home Care Package, Medicare Mental Health Plan & Chronic Disease Management plans.
It is our mission to provide meaningful services in a timely manner.
Services include, Home modifications, Equipment Prescription, Assistive Technology, Reporting, Aged Care, Pediatrics and we have an Equine Program starting 2021!
