MAT CLASSES incorporate REFORMAT, PILATES matwork, BALLS, FOAM ROLLERS, GLIDERS, WEIGHTS, resistance BANDS, pilates CIRCLES and more just not all in the same class though!

Exercises are tailored toward INDIVIDUAL NEEDS and hands-on to ensure correct technique, PERSONAL ATTENTION and MAXIMUM RESULTS to be reached.
