Jenny and her team were fantastic when it came to moving house. She was able to explain how it was all going to work, and provided a project plan for both stages of the move to make things easier for us. She put us in touch with other service providers which was a big help and she was on hand to sort out any issues. Her teams decluttered, packed and unpacked and the removalists were very good as well - nothing was broken in the move and the kitchen and bedroom were made up as soon as our belongings arrived. All in all, a great job.

Jenny and the team were fantastic, and nothing was too much for our office move this week. We would highly recommend the professional service they provide.

Wow, what a service and what a team! This was a HUGE job to do in a short amount of time, and the team powered through. They are all experienced and kind, and had the knack for organisation. They had a great system for packing, ensuring care was taken with all items. They only needed minimal direction for unpacking, and made logical and practical decisions for placement where no guidance was possible. I’ve got to move!!! I can’t do that. I’m getting a total knee replacement and won’t be able to do anything. We moved here 30years ago and we never threw anything out. What am I going to do???
All these thoughts were going through my head when a friend suggested I ring Jenny at WeSortYou.
Talking to Jenny allayed all my fears. Yes, they would come and sort through everything. They would create a pile of toss these out, a pile of give to charity, the things I wanted to keep and take with me to the retirement home.
They came and true to their word things began to happen, like magic. The sorters were fantastic, logical, and fast. My pile of “garbage” began to dwindle. The toss out pile was loaded onto a truck or two never to be seen again. How did I ever accumulate all that junk.
The Charity piles were packed, boxed, and clearly marked ready to be delivered.
The keep pile was packed the next day. It was all clearly and methodically marked.
The three removalists came early and swiftly but carefully packed the pantechnicon and were ready to go by 11.30am. We then proceeded to the retirement home where er met the unpackers, who were the same as the packers. Boxes were put into the new house, unpacked, and the rubbish gathered to be taken away.
All in all, it was pain free and smooth. My appreciation goes out to the Emma’s and crew who did a sterling job and made the move, smooth. Thank you all at We Sort You.

cannot express my gratitude enough. Having recently gone through a seperation, one of the most stressful times somebody can go through. The kind ladies at We Sort You were incredible. The amount of work they got through in 5 hours and went above and beyond to help me. They took the stress away out of moving and would highly recommend getting it done! You will not regret it!

It’s not often I feel compelled to leave a review, however, in not doing so I’d be denying those researching for quality, professional and attentive home organisers/ packers/ moving planners a disservice. This is not the first time I’ve sought the help of Jenny, Nicole and the We Sort You Team. Though, this is the first I’ve packed up a home and moved. Everyone warned me that packing up my family home and downsizing would be stressful and overwhelming. Jenny and Nicole shouldered that stress. Every last item was sorted and carefully packed. They organized the movers and checked in with me at very stage. Moving is overwhelming but having the We Sort You Team, made it bearable.

Jenny, Nicole and their team from We Sort You have been absolutely fantastic assisting my 90yo father to move from his home of 35 years into an apartment. I can’t rate their care and assistance highly enough. And a hidden benefit is that they assisted my father to work thru emotional decisions about what to keep and what to go. Jenny and her team did a fantastic job on our recent move. Jenny came on site to do the quote - no “guessing” as to how many boxes we’d need, how big a truck etc etc. I feel this was a feature that no other removalists I contacted offered. We had We Sort You pack our things, move and then unpack at the other end and everything went like clockwork - they were all efficient, friendly and above all professional. This moving service was absolutely fantastic. Transparent with costs I could choose exactly how much help I needed in the move and I choose the full service. They provided quality packing materials, boxed my house up one day and moved us fully into our home the next. Everything was done beautifully and our entire home was set up perfectly. We moved house when I was 36 weeks pregnant. The thought of the move alone was daunting! Jenny and her team however took all the stress out of the move for me! The movers were great and so efficient! Our home needed to be packed up for storage whilst we travel overseas and renovate. Jenny and Nicole came in and managed everything with such efficiency. Jenny and Nicole spent several days designing and delivering (in time and over a long weekend) our new Law Aid offices in Owen Dixon Chambers. The job was massive- out with the old mismatched office furniture, designing the space with new furniture and storage solutions, and with a streamlined and space saving filing system for over 750 files (which all need refiling in what was a huge and time consuming exercise). The team worked hard and fast and always with a smile.
