Whitaker Building Group was established in 1976 as a family run company specialising in extensions, renovations and new homes in Bayside. From constructing new houses to minor renovations Whitaker Building Group is motivated to meet your requirements with any job no matter how big or small.

Whitaker Builiding Group employ three friendly, experienced and skilled carpenters including myself (the builder) being a carpenter also. Myself being on site the majority of the time to allows for a “hands on” management approach whilst overseeing that all aspects of the project are running smoothly and high standards in workmanship are being achieved. Many of our trades have been with us for over 20 years. All are very reliable and take pride in producing work of the highest standard. Furthermore, for 25 years we have had a close relationship with a talented local architect who works closely with clients maximizing usage of space combined with the latest design ideas all whilst keeping your budget in mind. Being a registered builder and member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) allows Whitaker Building Group to stay up to date with all the latest building regulations and product innovations.

The growth of Whitaker Building over the years is primarily due to the strength of recommendations from previous clients. Thanks to customer satisfaction these referrals have resulted in over 40 years of continuous local work. We take pride in receiving design plans and converting these into clients dream homes. We concentrate on one major project at a time so as to complete jobs promptly without compromising attention to detail and strive to return the clients to their home as soon as possible.
