Adventure Camp: Outdoor School Holiday Fun in Bayside

After more than a decade of getting kids outdoors and adventuring in Sydney, Adventure Camp is coming to Melbourne, and we’re excited to be launching right here in Bayside.

Designed for kids aged 6 to 11, our school holiday day camps are all about giving kids great outdoor adventures, out of the house, off their screens, and into some real fun.

Each day mixes activities such as archery, shelter building, code solving and cooperative problem solving challenges that get kids working together as a team. Activities are run by our enthusiastic group leaders and overseen by an experienced camp leader, with breaks for morning tea and lunch along the way.

The real magic happens over the three days, as kids who may start out as strangers come together as a team and make new friends, invent their own team chant, and build toward a big final day that brings every team together for combined games and celebrations. It’s not about being the best, just about being part of a team, diving into outdoor fun, scrapes and all. And every camp has a hall we can move to if the weather turns bad, with plenty of indoor activities and games to keep the fun going.

Our first camps are planned for the September 2026 school holidays at Beaumaris Life Saving Club, with more locations planned around Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs and beyond in future holidays.

Full day program with morning drop off and late afternoon pick up, from 8:00 to 9:00am and 4:30 to 5:00pm.

A great option for working parents, and a lot more fun than another day in front of a screen.
