I called Boris about a fault with my washing machine. After finding out the issues and age of the machine (but most likely out of warranty), he recommended that I contact the manufacturer first, as it may be eligible under their repairs policy. As it happens, it can be. So whilst I'm not a paying customer in this case, I definitely will be in future.
