Hi! I’m Nadia, founder of B U Career Consulting, a qualified Careers Practitioner, VIT registered teacher and Podcast Host of ‘The Gen Z Career PlayBook.’
I have ten years experience counselling teens and running careers programs, with fifteen years experience in Secondary Education across a number of top performing Melbourne schools. Previously I have worked in a variety of industries including travel, marketing and communications.
The recently created Next Step Navigator program was born from the hundreds of career conversations I have had with students, and my desire to support students on a deeper level. Next Step Navigator is for students in Years 11 or 12 who want extra support to explore and research future possibilities that are in line with their own strengths and desires.
In addition to my online programs I offer 1:1 private Career Counselling to support students from anything from subject section, tertiary selection and pathways to support with resumes and job search strategy.
Myself and my family (partner, two primary aged children and our loveable dog Sparky) have been living in Bentleigh for the past 13 years. We are active members of the bayside community with both kids members of the Sandy Soccer Club and the furry child a member of the Bayside Companion Dog Training School.
