I had realistic expectations that my stain would be impossible to remove (fake tan + cream carpet = nightmare scenario!) but Yasser did an amazing job - the stain continued to disappear after he'd left and suprised us all. Yasser thank you for cleaning my couch and making it look brand new again I now don’t need to worry about buying a new one. You can tell there products are good quality and non toxic as I’m very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances and there products left me feeling great with no side effects.

I could not recommend Black Gold Carpet Cleaning more. I was embarrassed by the state of the rug in our family room. Every stain you could think of...not helped by our beautiful spoodle. I was referred by a friend and was extremely impressed by their attention to detail, friendly service, value and importantly the result.
