We are a family-run exterior-cleaning business built on local know-how, plain speaking and hard work.

Founded in 2021, in Hampton by three brothers — Finn, Zac and Giddy — the company began as a simple neighbourhood bin placement and bin-cleaning service and has grown into a full suite of exterior maintenance solutions.

Giddy started advertising by door to door sales back when he was in Year 9, Zac in year 12 helping out and Finn a sparky doing the labour , and that hands-on, start-small mentality still shapes how we work: practical, reliable, and focused on getting great results for our neighbours.

Caddy Bins is part of a small family of local trades businesses run by the same team. We also operate Ziesing Electrical — a licensed, Hampton-based electrical company that brings complementary services like switchboard upgrades, lighting and EV charger installs to our customers. That partnership lets us coordinate multi-trade jobs more smoothly and offer trusted referrals when properties need both electrical and exterior repair or maintenance work.
