Calm State Kinesiology was born from the love and desire to connect with like minded women and children finding their way on their life journey.

Charlotte works to empower women to take the reins back in their lives and really live a truly empowering, awe-inspiring life.

She is also passionate about treating children and teenagers – Giving children the language to communicate their feelings and a safe space to have them validated from a young age whilst they are still forming their belief systems can have a profound impact on their transition into their teenage years and onwards into adulthood.
