I offer a private, personal and bespoke catering service designed to meet your every need.

I’m Gareth Shergold and I am a Chef with over 17 years experience. Born and raised in the UK, I have worked my way up through the catering profession and have held a variety of positions ranging from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef and most recently, Head Chef.

I relocated to Melbourne just under ten years ago and am now settled with my wife and two children. I enjoy cooking for my family and friends in my personal time but first and foremost, I just enjoy making simple food taste great.

The idea behind Fork It is to provide a service that can literally cater to your every need.

I offer a range of options that can help take the stress out of your day. From coming to your home and preparing a simple and delicious meal for you and your family to catering for parties, events and functions and also just stocking your fridge or freezer with meals for the working week ahead.

You can provide a menu and/or ingredients or just give me an idea of what you like and I can take care of the rest!

Home Cooking.

I can come to your home and prepare a delicious meal for you and your family.
With trying to establish a healthy work/life balance, eating well often takes a backseat to all of the other things going on during the week. Fork It can help you by planning and cooking a series of meals for the week ahead or simply putting together a selection of ingredients to help make dinner an easier task.

I can provide my own ingredients or work with you to cook using your own selected ingredients.

Party or Event Catering.

Having a birthday party? Planning a function?

Fork It has years of experience in catering for a variety of events. Hot food, cold food, sandwiches, canapes – I can cover all bases.

I can provide you with a selection of menu’s or I can work with you to create a fantastic menu suitable for any event. From themed hen parties to corporate events involving varying numbers, Fork It will provide you with good food and no fuss!
