The family kitchen in our Hampton Italian restaurant bring authentic, seasonally driven, regionally inspired fare to Melbourne’s south side. We are famous for our pizza.
The team is lead by Valerio Calabro and Giuseppe ‘Pino’ Russo, Italian natives, best friends and home cooks with a passion for all things cucina Italiana. They ventured to Australia with a vision to bring the fresh flavours of their homeland to the other side of the world.
The result was La Svolta or ‘turning point’ as it is translated.
