We had a potentially dangerous heater. PlumbLocal were prompt to come, and ensured everything was safe. They really took their time in explaining new heater options going forward, compliance requirements etc, and very clear about costs. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Tom @ PlumbLocal - took a late night call and provided interim advice, attended the very next day to fix a burst water pipe, very considerate to ensure minimal impact of the investigative work, and spoke directly to my insurance broker to explain the situation. And an all-round nice guy! Our “go to” plumber now.

I called Tom last week about a leaking boiler valve. He came round that day, explained the issue and fixed it but also looked at a few other things for me while he was here and sorted them too! As others have commented, he provides a great service - helpful, efficient and at a good price. Happy to recommend him. :-)

Wow! Tom came within half an hour of my phone call at the end of the day knowing I had kids to bath and no hot water. It was a very simple re-light of my hot water service but I hadn't managed to do it myself. I was not made to feel silly and I am so amazed to have had this amazing service. Tom and his colleagues unblocked our drains the other day. They turned up promptly(!!), did a thorough job, explained everything, and kindly changed all our old washers and taught me a bit about taps. Just lovely. Highly recommended.

Plumblocal is an excellent local service. Shortly on moving into our new house the boiler went (typical). Tom and his team were over the same day, installed a boiler and left us with hot water, only hours after the initial call. I love the fact that all our options were explained clearly and Tom advised us what was best for our family and not for his pocket.
