My promise is I will save time, heartache and wherever possible money!I have strong relationships with Bayside agents that allow me to access off market properties. I also have a deep knowledge of real estate in the bayside area.
My very affordable fee structure allows anyone to be able to afford a Buyer Advocate. I am a flat fee advocate not percentage based.
When I’m acting as a Vendor advocate it is no charge to the vendor!
