SC Jowzy Builders are a boutique domestic builder based in Parkdale. We have been established for over 16 years, and are known for quality, luxury and attention to detail.

Our clients often work with us across multiple projects, knowing how the end product of a beautiful new home will help smooth the inevitable challenges of any build. We have recently undergone a rebrand to refresh our business and to reflect our gallery online.

As local business operators, Owners Shiran and his late wife Cheree have always loved to support other small businesses and work with members of the community. This includes using the Bayside Hub for sourcing someone who will be motivated and well regarded with their product or service offering.
