SOS Pest Control

I feed possums to protect my garden. Lately rats have joined my guest list. My family strongly recommended SOS to fix the problem. Last Friday I contacted them and on Monday a member of the team arrived. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable, and most of all friendly and did not make me feel like a fool. He explained how the rat stations work and showed where they were installed. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost of the service. The whole experience of dealing with this company was pleasant and reassuring. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We are a hospitality business in St Kilda and have been using SOS for over 10 years. They inspect our premises once a month and carryout a thorough inspection. SOS provided excellent services for both rats under the house and a possum in the roof problems. Very sound actions and advice to resolve both issues. Had a revolting stink in the wall of our house, followed by a cascade of the most massive flies streaming through the downlight. Called Candy and she sent Ron and Peter around. Within 5 minutes the biggest dead rat I've ever seen was removed, ceiling void vacuumed, flies removed and void sprayed. House restored to order. Very happy with the outcome and Ron and Peter are extremely genial and efficient.

Mice be gone! Lovely fella came and looked around with a torch and identified where the little critters were getting in, laid out bait and we have seen a little field mouse since. Thank goodness as terrified of the little critters. Highly recommend.

We were worried when we came across some termites in the garden near our house. SOS Pest control have been very professional from my initial call. Their knowledge is extensive, Ron has worked in the industry for 27 years and clearly knows his stuff. I had excellent communication from the team. The inspection that Ron did on our house was very thorough, compared to another company who inspected for termites two years earlier. Ron spent a good 45 minutes underneath the house and gave us a detailed report of our situation, including photographs. I feel confident in the plan that SOS has for protecting our house from these pests! The 10 percent discount for hub members was a nice bonus. SOS were priced competitively too.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initiall y you speak to Candy who asked the right questions and gave good advice. Ron was excellent - did a thorough check around entry and exit points for possums, let me know upfront costs involved. Came back on numerous occasions and was patient and great to deal / chat with. Had a great experience with SOS Pest Control. We had possums in the roof! Candys was very helpful straight away over the phone, and Ron was booked in to assess the situation. Ron was able to quickly identify how the possums were entering and set up a strategy to stop them from re-entering. The process was very clearly explained and the end result well worth it! I thought the costs were reasonable. I'd be happy to recommend and reuse these guys in future.

I rang this pest company today to compare quotes with my current pest control provider for my business and all I can say is I wish I knew about these guys earlier. Candys was fantastic to speak with. She was knowledgeable and was happy to even not charge the first call out fee and most importantly the prices were very reasonable! Great customer service and I'll be happy to use these guys from now on.
